Warranty Request

At Kraken Aquatics, we appreciate and care about our customers.  In order to protect our customers, we back all our products with a two year manufacturing defects warranty. Unfortunately manufacturing defects do occasionally happen but you can be sure that our warranty has you covered and that we will make every effort to promptly respond to your warranty request. If you need to make a warranty request, please completely fill out the form on this page. Your order number and photos of the defective product will be required to process the request.

Our Two Year Warranty

Kraken Aquatics products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer of Kraken Aquatics products provided that it receives normal use and proper care. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only at the discretion of Kraken Aquatics. Within this period, we will repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to you for parts and/or labor, provided that you shall be responsible for any transportation charges.

The limited warranty is extended only to the original purchaser for purchases made from an Authorized Kraken Aquatics Dealer and is not transferable. If you obtain Kraken Aquatics products from an unauthorized dealer, your warranty will not be valid. Purchases made on Ebay, Amazon or other similar websites will not qualify for the warranty unless it is being sold by Kraken Aquatics.  Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, acts of nature, or normal wear and aging. Cosmetic damage(s), such as scratches, nicks and fraying are not covered under warranty except when the product is new and still in original packaging.
